Quality & Compliance

National Learning Network measures students' perceptions of our services through the national Learner Satisfaction Survey. The survey takes place each year at all service locations. The survey measures satisfaction with all aspects of interaction with our sevices, including:

  • initial contact
  • entry arrangements
  • training delivery
  • communications
  • facilities
  • progression from our services

The results from the Learner Satisfaction survey are fed back to all levels of National Learning Network and are used to support the planning and continuous improvement of our services.


Results from the 2013 survey involving 1,900 students showed an overall satisfaction level of 98%.
